Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-7180 is stored if the control module detects a fault in the circuit for control module internal temperature sensor.

Substitute Value 

engine cooling fan (FC) runs at low-speed

Possible Source 

• fault in the control module temperature sensor circuit

Fault symptom[s] 

• malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) lit
