Erasing Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC)

NOTE:

All data belonging to the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) (and all other diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the transmission control module (TCM) will be erased. If necessary, read off extended diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information before erasing.

Ignition on
Erase the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) using the VCT2000 (or appropriate scan tool).
