Checking The Infotainment Control Module (ICM)

HINT: After carrying out the repair, check that the fault has been remedied.

• Ignition off
• Reconnect the connectors. Reinstall the components
• Ignition on for at least 10 seconds.

  With the ignition key in position I or II, check that the infotainment control module (ICM) is powered and grounded by checking that the button illumination for the infotainment control module (ICM) lights. If the button illumination lights up, the infotainment control module (ICM) is powered and grounded.

Does the button illumination light? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
