When disconnecting passenger airbag (SRS) is completed, write the text below on an empty page at the end of the Service and warranty book. The responsible workshop manager must confirm by signing and a service stamp. Alternative: use the information that has been issued by the national sales company / distributor / importer:

"In this vehicle the passenger airbag (SRS) is disconnected at the owner's request."

"Date XX-XX-XX (year-month-day). Odometer reading XXXXXX."

Print 3 copies of the form "Disconnecting passenger airbag (SRS), approval".

• The vehicle owner must confirm by signing.
• The workshop manager responsible must verify the entry with a signature and service stamp.
