Steering Wheel Module [2010]: Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
CAUTION:
Make sure that the clockspring rotor does not rotate.
VEHICLES MANUFACTURED UP TO CHASSIS NUMBER: 2050099
Remove the following items:
- Steering wheel, refer to: STEERING WHEEL
- Panel steering column, refer to: PANEL STEERING COLUMN
- Control stalk, left, refer to: CONTROL STALK, LEFT
- Control stalk, right, refer to: CONTROL STALK, RIGHT
CAUTION:
Make sure that the clockspring pins are not bent or damaged.
Torque: Steering wheel control module to steering column, 0.9Nm
VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM CHASSIS NUMBER: 2050099
Remove the following items:
- Steering wheel, refer to: STEERING WHEEL
- Panel steering column, refer to: PANEL STEERING COLUMN
CAUTION:
Make sure that the clockspring pins are not bent or damaged.
