Transmission Control Module (TCM) [2007-2010, B8444S, TF-80SC AWD]: Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
NOTE:
Shift the gear selector into neutral position.
Remove the following items:
- Battery ground cable, refer to: BATTERY DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING
- The air cleaner (ACL) housing, refer to: AIR CLEANER HOUSING
CAUTION:
Make sure that the switches or pins/sleeves in the transmission control module (TCM) and its connectors are not bent or damaged.
Torque: Gear selector mechanism (nut), 16Nm
