Central Locking, Keyless Entry System [2014-2018]: Signals
The tables below summarize the input and output signals to the units in the central locking system. The signal types are divided into directly connected signals, serial communication and controller area network (CAN) communication.

- Contact breaker in lock unit, right-hand rear door, for indicating open door.
- Contact breaker in lock unit, left-hand rear door, for indicating open door.

- Contact breaker, hood, for indicating open hood (for vehicles with alarm).
- Signal for unlocking from the supplemental restraint system module (SRS) if the airbags are triggered.
