Auxiliary Telematics Module (ATM) 

The Auxiliary Telematics Module (ATM) is connected on a CAN network with the Battery Energy Control Module (BECM), which is only used with the RMS function. The ATM is also connected with the Vehicle Connectivity Module (VCM) on Diagnostic CAN. The ATM does not send anything on any bus, it only acts like a listener.

Software download is available through remote update via the RMS web portal. The ATM will only install downloads during charging at a charging station.

The Auxiliary Telematics Module (ATM) 4G is connected on a CAN network with the Battery Energy Control Module (BECM), which is only used with the RMS function. The ATM is also connected to the Vehicle Connectivity Module (VCM) / Vehicle Gateway Module (VGM) on Diagnostic CAN. The ATM 4G sends and receives diagnostic information.
