Battery Control Switch Module BCSM [2021, B420T | 2021-2022, B420T2]: Removal

Follow the instructions regarding disconnection and connection. Refer to: [BATTERY DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING]
Drain the cooling system. Refer to: [COOLING SYSTEM - DRAINING, CHARGING AND BLEEDING]
Use suitable paper to absorb any escaping fluid.
Undo the hoses from the connections.
Remove the screws.
Remove the marked part.
Torque: M6, 10Nm
Disconnect the connector.
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the cable harness clips.
Loosen the wiring harness or move it to the side.
Remove the nuts.
Loosen the wiring harness or move it to the side.
- Torque: Nut (M6), to BCSM, 10Nm
- Torque: Nut (M8), to BCSM, 24Nm
Remove the nuts.
Torque: Nut (M8), to BCSM, 24Nm
The graphic shows the back of the component before removal.
Release the catch.
Release the catch.
