Hold it down.

CAUTION:

Only use moderate force.

Rotate the disc anti-clockwise until resistance is felt.

Rotate the disc clockwise approx. 2 3/4 turns.

Ensure that the strap that is visible between the disc's two markings has black lines on the upward turned side.
