If a customer experiences a "Propulsion system performance" message in the DIM with diagnostic trouble code IGM P060700, often in combination with IEM P061A00, please follow the instructions under "Service."

IGM = Inverter Generator Module

IEM = Inverter Electric Rear Axle Drive Module

SERVICE

Please follow this journal before replacing any parts.

The DTCs IGM P060700 in combination with IEM P061A00 could be mis-detected and cause reduced performance and/or a message in DIM stating: "Propulsion system performance."

• If the vehicle is drivable and has no turtle symbol in the DIM: Do not replace any parts, clear the DTCs, and release the vehicle to the customer.
• If the vehicle has a turtle symbol active in the DIM follow the steps below:
  • Erase DTCs.
  • Let the vehicle go to usage mode "Abandoned."
  • Carry out a road test.
  • Then perform a new VIDA readout.

If the DTCs IGM P060700 and IEM P061A00 do not return, do not replace any parts. Release the car to the customer.

If the DTCs return, please contact Retailer Technical Support through your normal escalation process. See the instructions under "Vehicle Report."

Work is ongoing and a new SW is planned for 2024 quarter 2.

Note that the TJ number must be stated in the repair order text.
