- Disconnect ICM from tester.

- Measure the resistance from CKP- jack to PWR GND jack.

- Measure the resistance from CKP- jack to VPWR jack.

- Is each resistance greater than 10K ohms?

Yes -- REPLACE ICM.

No -- SERVICE CKP- short circuit(s) in harness.
