- Disconnect ICM from tester.

- Measure the resistance from CKP+ jack to CKP- jack.

- Is resistance greater than 10K ohms?

Yes -- REPLACE ICM.

No -- CKP+ and CKP- are shorted together. SERVICE as needed.
