- Connect a jumper wire from PWR GND jack to the battery NEG(-) terminal.

- Wiggle Test.

- Did the tester reset?

YES -- SERVICE open in VPWR circuit to ICM harness.

NO -- SERVICE open in PWR GND circuit to ICM harness.
