Drive Belt Replacement

Special Tools Required

- Belt Tension Release Tool Snap-on YA9317 or equivalent, commercially available
*Available through the Honda Tool and Equipment Program 888-424-6857

Except '08-10 models J35Z2 engine

1. Move the auto-tensioner (A) using the belt tension release tool in the direction of the rotation arrow to relieve tension from the drive belt, then remove the drive belt.





2. Install the new belt in the reverse order of removal.
