Catalytic Converter Guard Replacement


Removal Procedure

1.Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2.Remove the engine protection shield. Refer to Engine Protection Shield Replacement Service and Repair .





3.Remove the mounting bolts.

4.Remove the guard from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1.Install the guard to the vehicle.

Notice:Refer to Fastener Notice .

2.Install the mounting bolts.

TightenTighten the bolts to 30 N �m (22 lb ft).

3.Install the engine protection shield. Refer to Engine Protection Shield Replacement Service and Repair .

4.Lower the vehicle.
