Oil Control Valve (OCV) Removal/Installation

OIL CONTROL VALVE (OCV) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.5]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the OCV connector.

3. Remove the OCV.






4. Install the new O-ring.

5. Install the OCV.

6. Tighten the OCV installation bolt.

Tightening torque
- 8-10 Nm {80-110 kgf-cm, 70-95 in-lbf}

7. Connect the OCV connector.

8. Connect the negative battery cable.
