EGR Valve: Service and Repair

EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5]

1. Remove the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Removal and Replacement

3. Drain the engine coolant. Service and Repair

4. Remove the air cleaner and the air hose as a single unit. Service and Repair

5. Remove the upper radiator hose (engine side). Service and Repair

6. Disconnect the EGR valve connector.

7. Remove in the order indicated in the table.









8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
