Malfunction Indicator Light Does Not Blink

MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT DOES NOT BLINK

DIAGNOSIS:
- The malfunction indicator light circuit is open or shorted.
- The delivery (test) mode connector circuit is open.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
Malfunction indicator light does not blink during Inspection Mode.
