Right Mirror Inoperative
- Connect a jumper wire between 10-pin connector terminal No. 9 (Yellow/Black wire) and terminal No. 6 (Blue/Green wire). See Fig 1
. Connect jumper wire between 10-pin connector terminal No. 5 (Blue/White wire) and ground. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Right mirror should tilt down. If mirror does not tilt down, check for open in Blue/White wire. If wire is okay, go to next step.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Move jumper wire from 10-pin connector terminal No. 5 (Blue/White wire) to terminal No. 3 (Blue/Orange wire). Turn ignition switch to ON position. Right mirror should swing left. If mirror does not swing left, check for open in Blue/Orange wire. If wire is okay, check right mirror motor. See POWER MIRROR MOTOR TEST under COMPONENT TESTS. If mirror does not tilt down and does not swing left, check for open in Blue/Green wire. If mirror operates correctly, check power mirror switch. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH TEST under COMPONENT TESTS.
