Refer to Fig. 2 when troubleshooting speed control system. The numbers in chart grid indicate troubleshooting sequence.

Before troubleshooting, check fuse Nos. 15 and 24 in fuse panel and Nos.39, 41 and 42 in underhood fuse/relay box, then ensure horn and tachometer work properly.
