Cruise Control Main Switch

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Acura 3.2TL and 2002 Acura 3.2TL. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove Traction Control System (TCS) and cruise control main switch from driver's switch panel. Disconnect main switch 8-pin connector. With switch in OFF position, continuity should exist between switch terminals No. 1 and 2, and between terminals No. 4 and 7. See Fig 1. Go to next step.
  2. With main switch in ON position, continuity should exist between switch terminals No. 1 and 2, and between terminals No. 4, 5 and 7. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If continuity is not as specified, check bulbs and replace as necessary. If bulbs are okay, replace TCS/cruise control main switch.
