Resonator Removal/Installation

  1. Remove the cover (A) and duct (B).

  2. Remove the front bumper (see FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  3. Center-punch each of the rivets (A), and drill their heads off with a 0.07 in (2 mm) drill bit (B).

  4. Remove the resonator (A).

  5. Install the resonator (A) with the rivets (B) firmly.

  6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
