Driver's Power Seat Motor Test
NOTE:

) before doing repairs or servicing.
- Remove the driver's seat (see FRONT SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Remove the back cover for recline motor (see FRONT SEAT-BACK COVER/PAD REPLACEMENT ).
- Disconnect the connector from each power seat motor.NOTE: All connectors are terminal side of male terminals.

- Test each motor by connecting power and ground according to the table. When the motor stops running, disconnect battery power immediately.
- If the slide motor does not run or fails to run smoothly, replace it (see
FRONT SEAT FRAME REPLACEMENT - DRIVER'S SEAT
).NOTE: If the front up-down motor, the rear up-down motor, or the recline motor does not run or fails to run smoothly, replace the seat frame assembly (see FRONT SEAT FRAME REPLACEMENT - DRIVER'S SEAT ).
