Cruise control cannot be set

Check for PGM-FI DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.

Check the No. 7 (15 A) fuse in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box.

Do the cruise control combination switch test Service and Repair.

Do the cruise control input test Cruise Control (ECM/PCM) Input Test (M/T).

Also check for

Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: GRY, YEL, LT BLU, or GRY wire

Also check for

Faulty gauge control module
