Shift Interlock Switch: Testing and Inspection

Park Pin Switch Test

1. Remove the center console panel Center Console Removal / Installation.

2. Disconnect the park pin switch/A/T gear position indicator panel light 8P connector (A).






3. Check for continuity between the terminals in each shift lever position according to the table.





4. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the park pin switch.
