Perform the inspection according to the following table.

| EXT_R+, EXT_R- shorted wire to wire inspection | OFF | There is more than 1 MOhm | ||
| NOTE: Refer to: Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances. | ||||
| EXT_R+ shorted to ground inspection | OFF | Not shorted | ||
| EXT_R- shorted to ground inspection | OFF | Not shorted | ||
Results
- If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
Body Control Module Inspection
Preconditions
NOTE: This procedure can be done before any other inspections are completed because this test procedure includes all of the following inspection items. However, if this test fails, it will be necessary to continue with each inspection item individually to determine which item failed.

Perform the inspection according to the following table.

*1: If the matter whether the vehicle mode ON or OFF (LOCK) because of the permanent power supply.
Results
- If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the body control module.
Rear Shelf LF Antenna Inspection
Test Procedure
- If the other inspection item(s) indicated a normal condition, then it is determined that the remaining rear shelf LF antenna is the cause.
Results
- There is a problem with the rear shelf LF antenna.
