SRS Unit Update: Procedure

How to use this service information .

1. SRS Unit - Update

   Preconditions 

   • HDS Connected

   Procedure 

   • Update the SRS unit.

   NOTICE: 

   Check any official service information website for more information about updating control units.

   NOTE:

   • About ECU Reprogramming (Update)
   • If there are other control unit that need to be updated, they will be automatically selected on the update screen and cannot be deselected.
   • Before updating, check the work information of each control unit.

   After Updating 

   • Yaw Rate-Acceleration Neutral Position Memorization 
   • Front Passenger's Weight Sensor Initialization - Refer to: Front Passenger's Weight Sensor Output Check After a Vehicle Collision  or Front Passenger's Weight Sensor Initialization  or Front Passenger's Weight Sensor Operation Check After Replacing Front Passenger's Seat Component(s)
