- Before troubleshooting, check the B-CAN DTCs. If any DTC is indicated, troubleshoot the indicated DTC first.
- Make sure that it is the normal opening and closing of the power tailgate at the driver's power tailgate switch, the tailgate outer handle switch, and the keyless remote.
