Control Relay & Ecu Ground Test
NOTE:
When testing resistance or voltage values, a high impedance (digital) volt-ohm meter must be used.
With the ignition switch in the "ON" position, engine coolant temperature below 77°F (25°C) and engine off, check resistance value between terminal 3 of diagnostic connector D1 and terminal 7 of connector D2. If value is anything other than zero, check control relay and ECU ground circuits.
