CAUTION:
When battery is disconnected, vehicle computer and memory systems may lose memory data. Driveability problems may exist until computer systems have completed a relearn cycle. See appropriate COMPUTER RELEARN PROCEDURES article in GENERAL INFORMATION before disconnecting battery.
CAUTION:
Before working on electrical system, determine the correct coding for the anti-theft radio. Disconnect the battery Ground (GND) strap.
NOTE:
After reconnecting the battery be sure to reactivate the radio, clock, power windows, and engine according to instructions in the Owner's Manual.
