Read readiness code: Notes

Test requirements 

• There must be no malfunctions stored in the DTC memory. → Diagnostic Mode 3: Interrogating DTC memory .
• Coolant temperature must be 80 to 110° C.

Procedure 

• Connect diagnostic tester. → Diagnostic tester, connecting .
• Start engine and let run at idle.
• In diagnostic function "address word 33 - OBD", select "Diagnostic mode 1: Obtain data". → Diagnostic Mode 1: Obtain data .
• Select measured value "PID 01".

• Observe right 8-digit number block.

If all of the diagnostics have run through successfully, the following 8-digit number block must appear:
