Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 , removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Radio removal tool T10057

• Turn off all electrical components.
• Remove ignition key.

Removing

• Place Radio Release Tool T10057 in release slits on Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 until they engage. Points on grip eyes face outward.
• Remove Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 from instrument panel.
• Release connectors on Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 and remove it.
• Remove Radio Release Tool T10057 by pressing locking tabs on Radio R.

Installing 

• Connect all harness connectors.
• Carefully slide Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 into instrument panel and allow it to engage in installation frame.
• Perform adaptations and coding on Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 if necessary.
