Accelerator Pedal Module, Version 2: Installing

• Assembly overview, refer to Accelerator Pedal Module Version 2 Assembly Overview .
• Tightening specifications, refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Engage the accelerator pedal module -4- on the bottom of the pedal bracket -1-, insert the centering pin -2- and tighten the bolt -3-.

• Install the driver side lower instrument panel cover. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER .

Vehicles with automatic transmission: 

• Perform after the first kick-down adaptation in "Guided Functions". Refer to → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051.
