Selector Mechanism Function Unit Lower Section, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Tightening specifications. Refer to SELECTOR MECHANISM .

-- Install the selector mechanism function unit lower section into the opening from the top.

• Make sure the seal fits correctly on the selector mechanism function unit lower section.

-- Guide the selector lever cable and rubber grommet -3- through the hole inside the selector mechanism function unit lower section.

-- Tighten the bolts -arrows-.

-- Install the hooks -1 and 2-.

-- Install the rubber grommet -arrow- on the around the selector lever cable in the selector mechanism function unit lower section.

-- Install shift mechanism function unit. Refer to SHIFT MECHANISM FUNCTION UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
