Catalyst Monitor Sensor: Removal

Left Hand Catalyst Monitor Sensor (CMS)

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to Jacking and Lifting .
- 4.
Using the Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor Socket, remove the LH CMS.- Apply penetrating lubricant to the CMS to assist in removal.
Right Hand Catalyst Monitor Sensor (CMS)

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to Jacking and Lifting .

Using the Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor Socket, remove the RH CMS.- Apply penetrating lubricant to the CMS to assist in removal.
