Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 , removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Radio removal tool T10057

Turn off all electrical components.
Remove ignition key.

Removing

Place Radio Release Tool T10057 in release slits on Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 until they engage. Points on grip eyes face outward.
Remove Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 from instrument panel.
Release connectors on Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 and remove it.
Remove Radio Release Tool T10057 by pressing locking tabs on Radio R.

Installing

Connect all harness connectors.
Carefully slide Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 into instrument panel and allow it to engage in installation frame.
Perform adaptations and coding on Operating Electronics, Navigation Control Module J402 if necessary.
