DTC Memory With ODIS, Checking

Procedures for which the ignition needs to be switched on. Refer to PROCEDURES FOR WHICH THE IGNITION NEEDS TO BE SWITCHED ON .

-- Connect the Vehicle diagnostic tester. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester, CONNECTING .

-- Select Diagnosis  operating mode and start diagnosis.

-- Select the VIN.

-- Set and press Accept  to select "Work with guided fault finding".

-- Continue following the program procedure.

NOTE:

The following describes the control module identification and forwarding to the guided fault finding.

-- Select the Control modules  tab.

-- Select control modules and the Check DTC memory  function by right clicking on it to see faults stored in the DTC memory.

-- Continue following the program procedure.

-- Rectify the relevant errors after discussing them with the customer.
