Engine Oil Level, Checking

Check the Engine Oil Level with the Oil Gauge Tester

Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required 

Refer to ENGINE OIL [CGFA] / ENGINE OIL [ CGRA] / ENGINE OIL [CATA] .

Checking The Engine Oil Level In The Infotainment Display.

NOTE:

Park The Car On A Level Surface With The Engine At Operating Temperature And Wait A Few Minutes For The Oil To Flow Back Into The Oil Pan.

There is no oil dipstick in the engine compartment. The current engine oil level can be displayed in the infotainment system screen.

-- Switch on the ignition.

-- Press the CAR  Infotainment button.

-- Touch the Service  button.

- Do Not Add Engine Oil.

- Oil Can Be Added (Approximately 0.5 Liters)

- Oil Must Be Added (Approximately 1.0 Liters)

CAUTION:

If The Engine Oil Level Is Low, Add Engine Oil In Small Amounts To Prevent Overfilling. For The Correct Engine Oil Specification. Refer to MAINTENANCE (FLUID CAPACITY TABLES), DIAGNOSIS (2011) / MAINTENANCE (FLUID CAPACITY TABLES), DIAGNOSIS (2012) / MAINTENANCE (FLUID CAPACITY TABLES), DIAGNOSIS (2013) / MAINTENANCE (FLUID CAPACITY TABLES), DIAGNOSIS (2014)

-- Wait For A While After Adding Oil So That The Oil Can Flow Down Into The Oil Pan.

-- Check The Engine Oil Level Again.
