Towing Notes

CAUTION:

Danger of causing damage to the transmission.

If the vehicle needs to be towed, make sure the selector lever is in "N" or the parking lock has been emergency released (refer to EMERGENCY RELEASE FROM P ).
The vehicle may not towed further than 50 km (31 miles) and not faster than 50 km/h (31 mph).

NOTE:

Tow-starting the engine, for example when the battery is too weak or the starter is defective, is not possible.
