Driver Assistance Systems Front Camera, Removing And Installing: Removing: Notes
- Cabriolet: Remove the windshield frame trim panel. Refer to Body Interior; Interior Trim Panels.
- Unclip the cover -1- with the narrow medium-hard clip release lever in direction of -arrow A- and remove downward, by carefully inserting the clip release lever between the windshield and the cover.
- Disengage the front cover on the front camera bracket in direction of -arrows B- and remove downward.
- Position the screwdriver -2- on the retaining pin -3- as illustrated below and slowly press the front camera -6- out of the retaining clip -4- in direction of -arrow-.
- Remove the front camera out of the guides for the retaining plate
- Disconnect the connector -5- and remove the front camera.
