   • 20 Nm

5. ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- /ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. ABS Control Module -J104-
   • Do not disconnect the connector before successfully completing OBD. Switch off the ignition before disconnecting the connector
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- /ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Control module, separating from hydraulic unit. Refer to CONTROL MODULE, SEPARATING FROM HYDRAULIC UNIT .
   • Control module, attaching to hydraulic unit. Refer to CONTROL MODULE, INSTALLING ON HYDRAULIC UNIT .
7. Brake Line
   • 14 Nm
   • From brake master cylinder to the hydraulic unit
   • License plate: 5.25 mm diameter and union bolt with M12x1 thread
8. Brake Line
   • 14 Nm
   • From brake master cylinder to the hydraulic unit
   • License plate: 6 mm diameter and union bolt with M12x1 thread
9. Torx^® Bolt
   • Replace after removing
   • Tighten the new Torx^® bolts in two steps, switching back and forth.
   • 1. Step: preliminary tightening specification: 1 Nm to 1.5 Nm (to position the seal)
   • 2. Step: final tightening specification: 2.5 Nm
10. Heat Shield
    • There are different versions. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA) for the allocation.
    • Threaded version. Refer to Fig 2.
11. Torx^® Bolt
    • 8 Nm

• Replace the self-locking nut after removing.

-- Tighten the nut -1- to 8 Nm.

-- Press on the bracket for the lock washer -3- all the way.

   • Do not touch the contacts
   • The illustration depends on the model
2. Pressure Sensor
   • Must not be changed or damaged
   • Cannot be replaced
   • The illustration depends on the model
3. Seal
   • Must not be pulled out or raised up
   • Cannot be replaced
4. Valve Body
   • Must not be damaged or bent
   • Do not use any tools
5. Pump Motor Contact
   • Must not be damaged or bent
