Driver Assistance Systems Control Module -J1121-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Lay the carpet at the left front of the center console. Refer to CARPET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the vehicle interior footwell vent. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR ROUTING AND AIR DISTRIBUTION IN VEHICLE INTERIOR .

-- Loosen the air duct to the footwell vent and lift it upward as much as possible.

-- Remove the screws -arrows-.

-- Free up the wires -1, 2, and 4-.

-- Guide out the mount -3- with the driver assistance systems control module and lay it aside.

-- Disconnect the connectors -2 through 5-.

-- Remove the screws -arrows-.

-- Remove the mount -6- from the driver assistance systems control module -1-.
