Connect oscilloscope connections at component connector and run engine at idle speed. An alternating voltage characteristic curve with positive and negative half waves should appear on the display screen. Switchover to semi-sequential injection takes place as soon as the reference signal is detected during normal operation. Only parallel injection is possible during diagnostic mode.
