DTC 78: Coolant Temperature Sensor: Troubleshooting

Read out the actual value with scan tool. If not plausible, check wire to DME pin No. 78 and temperature sensor. For temperature sensor test values, see COMPONENT RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS  table. See ENGINE TEMPERATURE SENSOR  under COMPONENT TESTS.
