Aftersales Retrofit Installation Problems
INFORMATION
If there is an issue with retrofitting an Aftersales accessory part, submit a PuMA case with detailed feedback.
The PuMA case must include the following:
- Mark the PuMA Case as "RETROFIT" in the subject line, together with the part information (e.g., RETROFIT - iPod is inoperative).
- In the "Customer Complaint" section, indicate which retrofit is being installed (including the part number of the kit).
- In the "Workshop fault description and presumed cause" section, indicate what is incorrect, not working, or not understood.
- In the "Work performed" section, give details of which work was performed, or if the retrofit can't be performed (include the steps performed and the reason the retrofit can't be performed, e.g., part missing or incorrect, installation instructions are missing or incorrect, etc.).
