SITUATION
The TRSVC (Top Rear Side View Camera) control module may fail programming using ISTA/P (Integrated Service Technical Application/Programming) 2.41.0, 2.41.1 or 2.41.2.

PROCEDURE
To avoid having the TRSVC (Top Rear Side View Camera) control module fail during a vehicle software update procedure, only program these vehicles with ISTA/P 2.41.3 or higher.
If you had one of these vehicles where the TRSVC (Top Rear Side View Camera) control module failed during a vehicle software update procedure, reprogram the vehicle with ISTA/P 2.41.3 or higher. Submit the repair as outlined below.
Note that ISTA/P will automatically reprogram and code all programmable control modules that do not have the latest software.
For information on programming and coding with ISTA/P, refer to CenterNet / Aftersales / Aftersales Business Development & Marketing Portal / Service Operations / Workshop Technology / Vehicle Programming.
