61 14... Removing and installing/renewing reverse polarity protection

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Disconnect BATTERY EARTH LEAD 

Slacken nut (1).

Tightening torque 61 12 1AZ .

Open cover (2) and the nut underneath.

Tightening torque 61 12 2AZ .

Remove clip (3).

Take off reverse polarity protection (4).
