Lo Relay

Mounted on the firewall in engine compartment, this relay will be energized whenever the selector control head is in "VENT" or "DEF", or when in-car temperature switch or engine thermal switch is closed. This allows the blower motor to operate at low speed. It is possible for the lo relay to be energized whenever the ignition key is turned on, but the control selector must be in "OFF" position.
