Toe-In Adjustment (Front)

  1. Center steering wheel and keep it centered throughout procedure. Loosen adjusting sleeve clamps. See Fig 1 . Rotate adjusting sleeve until threaded part of both tie rod ends is covered by adjusting sleeve (no threads are showing).
  2. Turn adjusting sleeve until toe-in is as specified. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS  . Ensure slot in adjusting sleeve is NOT aligned with gap in clamp. Ensure angle of clamp bolt (in relation to horizontal line) is as illustrated. See Fig 1 . Ensure bolt head is facing rearward. Tighten clamp bolts to specification. Refer to the TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
